Does living in a smoking enviroment cause bone cancer in a cat’s face?

my grandma smokes like a chimney and her 5 year old cat just got diagnosed with bone cancer in her face. is it the nicotine in the apartment since this is the second cat that may have to be put down in the 6 years she has been living in her apartment. the other was a 14 year old cat that had kidney failure and a mass in his chest.

On Easter Sunday my Grandma sprayed febreeze directly into the cat’s face. The next day he was showing signs of illness. Today he was admitted into the animal hospital for liver problems. The cat is 9 years old.

Could it have been the spray or just coincendental?
