cat advanced breast cancer spraying or peeing?

my cat has breast cancer that seems to be pretty advanced now she is peeing or spray ing on everylthing why what is going on l. how can you tell if a cat is in pain i read even if a cat purrs they can still be in pain help
please do not make a comment euthanizing would you do that to a family member

On Easter Sunday my Grandma sprayed febreeze directly into the cat’s face. The next day he was showing signs of illness. Today he was admitted into the animal hospital for liver problems. The cat is 9 years old.

Could it have been the spray or just coincendental?
